I read everything that comes in, though I can't always reply quickly.
Corrections are welcome. If a price is out of date, a guideline has changed, a description does not match what your prescriber told you, or I've simply got something wrong, tell me. Include the page it's on and, if you have one, a source. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
Questions and suggestions. The site is new and the guides are still being written, so if there's a medicine, a change or a question you couldn't find here, let me know. What people ask shapes what gets written first. I can't advise on your own dose or read your blood results, and I'd rather you didn't send them; your prescriber is the person for that.
Clinics and prescribers. A directory may follow. If you prescribe gender-affirming hormones and would like to be listed if it opens, get in touch with your qualifications, the model of care you work to and where you practise. Listings would be free and based on qualifications and experience, not payment.
Media. I'm happy to comment on access to gender-affirming care and medical travel for articles, podcasts and segments. Tell me your outlet, angle and deadline.
